Monroe County Farmers Markets

Don't be a chicken - MCTA makes it easy to get nutitional food throughout the county.

In partnership with the Area Agency on Aging, MCTA can provide seniors access to farmers markets in Monroe County. Find the market closest to your home using the list below. Each site will have the type of Pocono Pony transportation available.

Seniors over 65 are eligible for $50 vouchers to spend at any of the Farmers Markets listed below. Contact Merle at the Area Agency on Aging - 570 420 3726.

Transportation is available to each of the locations listed below via Shared Ride, Fixed Route, and PonyPlus service, based on the day of the week and location. Seniors over 65 are eligible for reduced fares on Shared Ride and free fares on Fixed Route service.
